Welcome To Baking Mummy

Hello and welcome to my blog. Here will be a collection of my baking disasters and triumphs.
Let me start with telling you a little about myself. I am 28 years old and I'm a single mummy to M who is 5 and L who is 3. I love to bake but sometimes things just dont turn out the way I hope but then I suprise myself and bake something that tastes fabulous. Now I have a little confession to make ... I don't really eat many cakes but my babies do so I enjoy baking for them. I also attend my local college 1 night a week where I take part in a Cake Decorating course. I have been doing it for a year now and absolutly love it. I have learnt so much and my tutor Pat is a lovely lady.
